Henry Sir
Henry Sir is a former All Canadian university basketball player gone comedian and writer. Henry has performed all over North America for independent venues, festivals and comedy clubs alike. He has performed in some of America's best clubs including ACME Comedy Co., Denver Comedy Works, The Mix, Broadway Comedy Club, Rick Bronson's Comic Strip and House of Comedy, Zanies, the Laugh Factory, The Creek and the Cave, New York Comedy Club, and The Ice House. Henry's act has been described as smart, witty and innovative while earning a strong reputation for his impeccable joke writing; putting original twists on everyday topics along with his unique point of view and outlook on everything that is anything but. Henry has the ability to take on lighthearted and serious subjects while remaining likeable and friendly. He is a favourite in front of all audiences; young, old, indie, club and corporate. Henry also cowrote and starred in Mr. Vigilante Production's "Trigger", as featured on CBC and has released musical comedy as well as real music that isn't funny; not even remotely, it's actually kind of good. When not writing and performing; Henry is a regular contributor on TSN Radio's "The Basketball Show". His first album, Chalant, which debuted at #1 on iTunes, is available on all streaming services.
